moving little boxes
I’ve always had an affinity towards stop motion – there’s just something beautiful about the rawness it creates that I love. I stumbled upon this stop motion piece a while back and thought it would be worthwhile to share as it’s rather appropriate with our blog topic of the month: Little boxes!
This piece took three months to plan, four days to shoot and 6000+ post-its were used – resulting in an amazing piece of work that is meant to be shared with everyone. Hope you guys like it!

little boxes of thinking…
On Thursday the 17th of December the studio went on a suprise excursion to an urban hideaway, just a frisbee throw away from the studio.

It was my task to hold a workshop on ‘How to Think Outside the Box.’ The first step for me to encourage out of the box strategic thinking, was to change people’s perceptions of what they thought was going to happen in a given situation. To date our workshops have been held at the studio around the table, so I thought I’d challenge this perception and hold it in an alternative location. I left an invitation the night before on everyone’s desks to invite them to ‘Think outside the box’ with a map to the secret location. There were ‘Steps to think outside the box’ along the way and when they arrived I greeted them with savory muffins and Nudie juice for breakfast.
